1) Can we get free samples?

As a policy we donot provide free samples for this product. For interested customers who wish to try the product before making a bulk purchase, we have options for making a small trial order. Please contact our sales representatives who can give you more information on this.

2) What is the lead time for shipment?

Lead time typically depends on the order quantity, our order pipeline and the type of customization that is on the plan. Lead time shall be minimum of 3 days from booking and upto 20 days based on the above factors. Our sales represnetatives shall be able to give you more accurate lead times for every situations. 3) What are the payment options?

Bank Transfer of TT is the most preferred way of payments. For order values below USD 3000, we prefer full advance payments. For order values above USD 3000, we can be flexible with payments in two instalments based from case to case basis.

 

4) Which Sea Port is closest?

Our closest Sea Port is Tuticorin Port (400 km / 250 mi) and Cochin Port (200 km / 125mi). We can also deliver FOB to Chennai Port (550 km / 320mi ).

 

5) Which Air Port is closest?

Coimbatore Air Port & Bengaluru (Bangalore) Airports

 

6) Do I need any additional certifications to import this product into my country?

This is a freely importable product. No additional certifications are generally needed. But on a case-to-case basis, our sales representative shall be able to guide you through on any additional certifications for import that we may need on the product.

 

7) How to benefit form the Free Trade Agreements on the import tariffs? How to know what will be the import duty in my country of import?

The Preferred Nation Tarrif or Free Trade Agreements between India and your country of Import shall give concessions over import of certain goods. This will be in the form of reduced / sometimes no import duties. We use HSN Code 39269099for this product. With this HSN Code, you could get the details of import duty at your country of import.

 

8) Do you deliver Door to Door?

For Freight through Air cargo movers like Fedex/ DHL/ UPS, we can offer your shipments to your door too.
 

The Minimum Order Quantity for our Natural Loofah  is 300 pcs. For custom packings, we generally ask for an MOQ of 2500 pcs. However based on the customization needed, there shall be changes in this MOQ in order to optimize the cost of packaging.

1) Air Freight (Door to Door)

We work with some of the world’s best logistic companies like Fedex, DHL, UPS, India Post, Aramex to offer comprehensive and trouble free delivery of goods through Air for up to 500 Kg . Due to our volume, we have preferential freight rates with many of the operators and we pass on these special rates to our customers.

 

2) Ocean Freight

From a minimum cargo weight of 350kg onwards, we offer cargo freight through Ocean route to your nearest sea port/ inland port.

Sea freight is the most economical mode of transport known so far for goods and cargo around the world. However due to one off expenses, it makes only economic sense to make ocean freight above certain weight/volume threshold. We can work out some of the best logistical solutions through our expert vendors to reduce your freight expenditure. We work with several logistic partners who have weekly container schedules to many of the global ports like Hamburg, Copenhagen, Felixstowe, Klang, Singapore, Jebel Ali, Busan, Nagoya, New Jersey, Long Beach and several more. We can do both LCL (Less than a Container Load) and FCL (Full Container Load) based on the requirement.

 

3) FBA Shipments

For Customers who sell through Amazon FBA's we offer to ship direct to their respective FBA's too. We partner with logistics companies especially for FBA deliveries so that our customers can stay relieved and concentrate of sales/promotion to increase revenue.

 

4) Insurance

On request, we also do the necessary transit insurance for air/ocean bound cargo until it reaches our customer's door so that the risk mitigation part is well taken care of.
